From world-class feature films to TV channels, networks and hit TV programs, Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) has been delivering unforgettable entertainment experiences for more than 29 years.We are currently seeking a Manager, Global Investigative & Forensic Services to join and work as a part of our wider Security, Environment, Health and Safety Department based in London.This role will report directly to the Vice President of Global Investigative and Forensic Services and suitable candidates will be capable of managing the EMEA regional forensic lab, managing and performing sensitive investigations, and providing regional eDiscovery case management and support for the EMEA region as needed. DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Conduct investigations relating to internal misconduct, fraud, external threats to the company, security issues, and content protection.• Conduct interviews relative to incident investigations.• Evaluate and analyze digital data sources as they pertain to investigations to further develop findings.• Prepare investigative reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management when necessary.• Manage and oversee the company’s EMEA digital forensic lab.• Assist the Global Investigations and Forensic Services group by providing support to the eDiscovery program and development of other departmental initiatives.• Provides technical support on an as needed basis to business customers relying on laboratory operations.• Maintain integrity of collected evidence, evidence tracking, and ensure lab adheres to policies and guidelines.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.• Typically 2-3 years’ experience conducting investigations in a corporate and/or government environment.• Typically 1-2 years’ experience conducting digital forensic examinations.• Previous experience working in a digital forensic lab environment and understanding of digital evidence best practices.• Previous experience and familiarity conducting eDiscovery.• Specialized training and experience in Digital Forensics.• EnCE, ACE or similar forensic certification is preferred. KNOWLEDGE OF:
• Knowledge of Information Security best practices with special attention to Data Privacy, Safe Harbor Law, and GDRP.• Demonstrated knowledge/experience of evidence handling, best practices, and chain of custody. SKILLS AND ABILITY:
